  Create attractive and functional email templates with ease using the integrated Email Template Builder. With this easy to use application you can import existing HTML or plain text content or create a new email design from scratch within minutes and then easily edit and work on your content, inserting images and other elements and then style and design your newsletter or other email message without the need for any special programming skills or knowledge.


• Email Template Gallery
  Choose from a selection of standard pre-built and tested email templates which you can customize to your exact needs adding your own content and modifying the style and design using the built-in online template editor.

Manage

• Campaign Manager
  Set up and send simple mailings or complex Email Marketing Campaigns with ease using the Campaign Manager system. The Campaign Manager will allow you to create campaigns for all your marketing and email communication needs, from a basic plain text email update to complex and professional looking newsletters.

Before sending emails you can preview your campaigns, send tests to yourself, Gmail, Yahoo and other email accounts so that you can see how your messages will look in the various email services and email client software applications.

The email content analysis functions incorporated into the campaign creation and setup process analyze your email content to help to prevent your messages being blocked as Spam or ending up in the recipient's Spam folder.

Comprehensive personalization capabilities allow you to improve the open and response rates of your campaigns by tailoring your messages to specific types of customers through the insertion of personalizing elements such as subscriber/recipient name, age, gender, etc in the message. You can also create blocks of content which will only be included in the messages to recipients or subscribers who match certain criteria, such as showing only certain products to subscribers of a specific age group. Personalization is a well known method of building strong customer relationships and acquiring new customers through relevant, well targeted emails that directly interest the recipients.

  The List Manager provides access to advanced Mailing List Management features that will allow you to save time and deploy more efficient and effective Email Marketing Campaigns. Some of the Mailing List Management features which are designed to quickly and easily automate the many otherwise labor intensive tasks needed to deploy an email campaign include several methods of List and Subscriber Importation. Automatic MySQL database synchronization allows you to synchronize your subscriber and list data with any third party MySQL database at any specified interval such as hourly, daily, weekly and monthly.

Automate

• Campaign Automation
  The system incorporates comprehensive Campaign Automation features to simplify your email marketing and sending related processes. You can set up any number of custom auto responders and schedule these to be sent after a user subscribes along with additional followup messages at timed intervals (24 hours, one week etc). These automated mailings can be targeted according to certain demographics or subscriber demographics and other details, allowing you to send birthday emails, contract renewals, loyalty campaigns and much more. All campaigns and other mailings can be scheduled to be sent at any time, date or interval required, such as daily, weekly, monthly or on a specific day of the week, month or year.


• Automated Bounce and Spam Complaint Management
  The system saves you time by dealing with bounced emails and Spam complaints by automatically removing undeliverable email addresses and those associated with Spam complaints from your mailing list effectively cleaning and improving the deliverability of your entire list over time. Suppression Lists prevent the system from sending to addresses that have been hard bounced, marked as Spam or blocked manually.


• Website Integration
  The system allows you to automatically create the necessary code to integrate subscription and un-subscription forms with your website so you can easily capture subscription and unsubscription data in real time and automatically import this into your lists.

Track

• Reports and Statistics
  The system incorporates comprehensive Tracking and Statistical Analysis features that allow you to track important factors such as deliverability and open rates to assist you with analyzing your campaigns so that you can use the information to help improve your overall Email Marketing and related communications strategies. You will be able to see how many subscribers and recipients are opening your campaigns and email messages as well as which individual subscribers/recipients viewed the message, how many times it was opened, and the date/time that the message was viewed.

Automated Link Tracking lets you know who clicks on each link contained in your messages, how many times they clicked, and on what date/time. Browser view statistics show you which subscribers or recipients opened your email in their browser.

Unsubscribe Tracking allows you to view who unsubscribed from a specific campaign or mailing along with the reason they unsubscribed if a reason was given.

Bounce Statistics provide a list of subscribers or recipient addresses which resulted in a bounced email. You can view the type of bounce (soft/hard) along with the bounce reason that was returned.

Other advanced features including A/B Split Testing allow you to create multiple versions of your campaign email in order to test which version is the better performing. You can also integrate your campaigns with Google Analytics so that you can track related factors such as landing page conversion statistics.

Reports can be exported to CSV or XML formats so that you can also import the data into your favorite spread sheet or data analysis software if desired.
