  • Campaign Statistics

Campaign statistics are an important aspect of any Email Marketing System. Successful results-oriented Email Marketing Campaigns depend on the the campaign manager being able to easily access and understand the statistical data associated with their email campaigns.

The system provides detailed and easy to understand statistical data related to your email campaign in real time as well as maintaining this data for future reference after the campaign is sent. This allows you to track email open statistics, clicks statistics, forwards statistics, browser views, unsubscriptions, bounced back emails, Spam complaints and other related data associated with a particular campaign.

The overview screen provides a quick snapshot of all the statistical data such as the open-clicks ratio on the top of the screen in a graphical format. Below this you will see the open, click, forwarded, un-subscriptions data and next to that you should see how many emails were sent, on what date, how many of them were opened and not opened.

In order to view detailed statistics relating to each statistical category you can use the left navigation bar to browse through a particular section.

    Email Opens

The system provides detailed statistical data on Email Open Ratios. Whenever a subscriber or recipient opens an email on their email client, webmail or similar application the system will detect and record the data. This can help the marketer to know whether their emails are being opened by the recipients or not.

In order to view detailed Open Statistics - click on the "Opens" link on the left hand side navigation bar.

This report will provide details on how many subscribers or email recipients opened your messages over a specified timeframe. At the bottom of the screen there are details on which subscribers opened your email and how many times..

    Link Click Statistics

To view Link Click Statistical data select the "Clicks" link on the left hand navigation bar.

If there are any URL's or links contained in the campaign email messages and if a subscriber receiving your email clicks on any of the links in the message the system will detect these link clicks and record the data relating to who clicked a particular link, how many times and on which dates.

    Email Forwards

To see which subscribers forward your campaign or email message to their friends or colleagues click on the "Forwards" link on the left hand navigation bar. This will provide details relating to the subscriber who forwarded messages and how many emails were forwarded.

    Browser Views

If browser view personalization has been enabled in your campaign email and if a subscriber clicks on the "view in browser" type link then the system will track and maintain the related data.

Click on the "Browser Views" link from the left navigation bar to view data on which subscribers or recipients viewed your campaign or message in the browser.
